The above venues are in Dorset and Wiltshire. The classes are held every week, usually following the dates of local school terms. There are three terms a year, and each term runs for 10 to 13 weeks with a half-term break in the middle.

The Practice
Each one and a half hour session follows the same pattern – preparation, warm-up, classic and other postures, ending with breathing practices and deep relaxation. This pattern gives the body and mind time to adjust to the changes taking place. Some sessions also include meditation and yoga philosophy.
The contents of the session changes each week to allow students to experience a variety of postures, breathing and meditation techniques.
Fees
Fees are payable at the start of each term. If a student misses a session, they can make it up by attending another session at one of the other venues. One-off sessions are also available.
Private Classes
Private yoga sessions are available for students that require special attention for medical or other reasons, or for those who prefer one-to-one tuition.
