Online Yoga Classes
Keep practicing yoga in your own home.
Yoga classes are continuing online when my usual sessions take place, with slight adjustment to the Monday evening and Tuesday morning times. The online classes will be: Mondays 10.30am-12 noon and 6-7.30pm. Tuesdays 9.30-11am and 6.30-8pm. Wednesdays 6.30-8pm. If there is enough interest, I may be able to add a separate weekly pranayama and meditation practice session to help keep our lungs strong and healthy and our minds calm and well.
